SPONSOR CALL

The Maddie Potts Foundation is specifically looking to fill our 6 golf ball sponsors. This sponsorship allows you to proudly display your company logo on 47 dozen premier Titleist Pro V-1 golf balls opposite The Maddie Potts Foundation logo handed out to all participants. This sponsorship also assures your T time preference. Please fill out the sponsorship form below at your earliest convenience.

Golfers must be at least 21 years of age to participate. A $225.00 deposit is required to reserve a foursome spot, and golf registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning April 1, 2024

For additional information on sponsoring, donating, and/or participating in our golf tournament, contact Dan Potts (401) 486-4700 or danieljohnpotts@gmail.com

The Maddie Potts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is proud to present the 5th annual Maddie Potts Foundation Day of Golf. The foundation is seeking support from companies and individuals to become sponsors and/or to provide items for our raffle. We also extend an invitation to you, your colleagues, and your friends to assemble teams of 4 golfers or to participate as an individual at this exciting event.

Continuing to grow over the last four years, we are expecting an incredible day of golf, prizes, fun, food, and drinks. The Maddie Potts Foundation Day of Golf will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Richmond Country Club, Richmond, RI. The Day of Golf will commence at 6:00 AM with scheduled T times every 8 minutes until 3:00 PM. Our goal is to register 276 golfers and raise $50,000.00.

The format is a 4-person scramble with three divisions (men’s, women’s, and mixed). In order to maintain a good pace of play the foundation board has decided to incorporate most of the on course activities into the registration fee. This means that you will pay one fee at registration and receive a dozen Titleist PRO V-1 balls, 18 holes of golf, a cart, a chance for a hole in one car, a chance at a hole in one tractor, participation in the 50/50 cash raffle ($680.00), Dave’s Coffee, West Bakery Bismarks, breakfast/lunch from the Village Greek Food Truck, Grass Fed Beef Burgers, adult beverages provided at 4 holes, Ice Cream from Warwick Ice Cream, 25 raffle tickets, closest to the pin women and men, longest drive women and men, and a Texas BBQ dinner. This year's price per golfer will be $225.00 and we are sure you will enjoy the new addition to the back 9 this year.

The only items not included in the registration fee is the silent auction by Stevie B Sports Memorabilia and the Hole in 2 donation to buy an Eagle on hole 7 with the long drive pro.

If you want to assure your T-time, get together with your fellow golfers and become a sponsor. We did sell out by mid April last year so don’t be late! Sponsorship is open now and your best bet to secure your spot!

1st Annual Maddie Potts Memorial Cornhole Tournament and Basket Raffle

October 2017…. How Maddie’s Foundation truly started. An event hosted by friends in their backyard. The same friends that now make up the entirely volunteer Board of Directors. An event sponsored and funded by community businesses and donations, a day in which our family was presented with the most beautiful memorial bench that resides outside of Maddie’s Memorial Field House. An event that still reminds us that even in the worst loss a parent can sustain, we will never be alone in it. Thank you all for starting this “foundation” for which we could build upon. Literally!
